About Me
Hi, I’m Mirka Zabłocka.
I guide others through the path of yoga — connecting body, mind, and energy into harmony.
In my work, I weave movement, breath, and awareness to help release tension, pain, and the weight of everyday stress.
My approach is holistic, intuitive, and deeply nurturing.
It invites transformation not only in the body, but also in the nervous system and emotions — opening space for lightness, balance, and peace within.
I am a certified RYT 200 yoga teacher and have completed many YACEP trainings.
Years of experience have led me to create my own method — a gentle fusion that awakens the body, calms the mind, and nourishes the soul.

Chakra Dance- Move Freely, Balance Your Energy
Chakra Dance is a free-flowing, joyful movement practice that activates and balances the body’s energy centres. With music, rhythm, and intuitive dance, you’ll release tension, boost vitality, and connect more deeply with yourself.
Yoga -Strengthen, Stretch, and Soothe
As a certified Yoga trainer, I will guide you through postures, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that nurture both body and mind. My yoga sessions encourage inner calm, improved physical health, and greater self-awareness.
