Life often pulls us in many directions. Between work, family, and everyday responsibilities, it can be easy to forget to pause, breathe, and give ourselves the care we truly need. That’s why I created Mind and Body with Mirka—to offer a safe, supportive place where you can reconnect with yourself, release stress, and find balance again.

Reiki and Sound Healing to restore inner harmony and encourage natural healing.

1-to-1 sessions, group classes, and special events that give you space to explore your own journey—whether face-to-face or online.

Each session is more than just a practice. It’s an invitation to listen inward, to feel supported, and to connect with the deeper part of yourself that knows how to heal and grow.

I believe that when we take time to align the mind and body, we not only improve our health but also open the door to more joy, peace, and resilience in everyday life.
